Description

Prior to his Grand Prix career, Quartararo won six Spanish Championship titles. With such success at an early age, there were high expectations for the French racer. He moved to the premier MotoGP class of racing in 2019 with Petronas Yamaha SRT.

After a strong 2019 season where he was crowned MotoGP Rookie of The Year and by winning three races during the 2020 season, Fabio was promoted to the Factory Yamaha Team for the 2021 season, replacing Italian veteran Valentino Rossi.

Fabio has now been crowned the 2021 MotoGP World Champion after finishing in 4th position at the San Marino Grand Prix. His closest Rival Pecco Bagnaia who looked strong all weekend crashed out with 4 laps to go whilst leading. Repsol Honda Rider Marc Marquez finished in 1st place.
