It might be the ultimate three-car garage and it’s made up entirely of Aston Martin DB5s.

The unique collection, comprising Coupé, Convertible and Shooting Brake versions of James Bond’s most famous car, is up for sale at a price of £4m for all three.

Each of the models was built in Vantage spec, with an extra 40bhp over the standard 282bhp straight-six engine, thanks to carburettor and camshaft upgrades.

All three cars will be displayed at next week’s London Concours event, which opens on Tuesday at the Honourable Artillery Company’s HQ in the City of London.

The DB5 Shooting Brake is understood to have been the only factory-built Vantage version, offering extra rear space thanks to its Harold Radford-built bodywork.

The Caribbean Pearl Blue Convertible is one of only five DB5 Vantage drop-tops, while the silver Coupé with black interior matches the spec of the famous Bond car.

Assembled over 12 years, the cars are being sold together by the Aston Martin dealership, Nicholas Mee & Co.

“In the 40 or more years I have been dealing in Aston Martin cars, I have never been more excited than to offer this fabulous collection of DB5 Vantages,” said the company founder, Nicholas Mee. “Each one of them extremely rare, they are all in a beautifully restored condition and we are delighted to bring to market, this once in a lifetime opportunity for a collector to invest in this unique DB5 Vantage collection.

“The DB5 is the most iconic Aston Martin model ever produced during Aston Martin’s 108-year history of building cars. This collection of DB5 Vantages, covering every body style manufactured, I feel sure, will forever be recognised as the ultimate Vantage collection”.
