Former F1 race engineer to Felipe Massa and Head of Vehicle Performance at Williams, Rob Smedley will be the next guest on the Motor Sport podcast.
His time in Formula 1 includes stints with Jordan, Ferrari and later Williams before taking on a role with F1 itself as expert technical consultant.
He was agonisingly close to winning a championship with Felipe Massa in 2008 as the Brazilian’s race engineer and spent the majority of his career with Ferrari.
