The Peugeot 905 that won Le Mans in 1993 has been restored by Equipe Europe and was recently tested on the Le Mans Bugatti circuit by Eric Hélary and its owner, André Cholley.

Chassis EV12 has now completed around 400km of running and the team hopes to field the car in GpC races, although the 3.5-litre cars are not currently admitted into the series.

Equipe Europe is under contract to Peugeot to restore the cars and a second 905 is nearing completion.
