European Sports Protoypes, Dijon
Jonathan Baker’s sublime Ford F3L claimed both parts of the European Sports Prototype races at Dijon in mid-July. In both races, Allen Lloyd’s Lola 170 led the chase of Baker. Burkhard von Schenk (Maserati 250F), and John Harper (Brabham BT4) took HGPCA victories, and John Clark’s Cooper T39 won both HGPCA races for drum-braked sportscars.
