A MOTORISTS’ LIBRARY OFFER
Owners of most popular British cars produced during the last five years can now obtain free large Lubrication Charts (22′ by 17′) to supplement the diagrams included in their Official In struction Manuals. Published by the Wakefield Motorists’ Library in collaboration with the engineers of the various .car manufacturers concerned, the charts are intended for use in the home garage,
and give specific recommendations for the particular brand of lubricant used by the motorist, in this case Castrol. In order to ensure ” at a glance” reference the design of the charts has been kept simple and the text concise. Printed on strong vellum paper there is a large scale diagram of the chassis arrows and numbers indicate where the lubrication points are to be found, the mileage period
to receive attention and the grade of oil or grease which should be used. There are also detailed instructions for the lubrication of the engine, gearbox and back axle and other components. Application for one of these charts can. be made on a postcard, to the Motorists’ Library at Wakefield House, Cheapside,
London, E.C.2. It is essential that model and year be clearly stated.
