EASON GIBSON RETIRES

It was with regret that we learned of John Eason Gibson’s recent illness, which has caused his resignation as secretary to the British Racing Drivers’ Club and ended a 48-year association with the Sport. Neil Eason Gibson is also leaving the Club to take up another appointment in the field of motoring sport, and the new secretary is Anthony Salmon. J. Brown remains as Managing Director of Silverstone Circuits Ltd., with J. D. A. Wade as Assistant Track Manager.
