1937 4i-Litre LAGONDA Rapide

This is one of the finest examples of this model in existence to-day, and it is with regret that I must offer the car for sale, purely for medical reasons,

The car has an L G.45 Meadows Engine with Twin Scintilla Magnetos and Twin S.U. Car buretters, which develops about 140 b.h.p. and gives a maximum of well over 100 m.p.h.

Newton shock absorbers have been fitted, and steering and road-holding are now excellent.

The car was laid up throughout the war, and the cellulose, chromium and upholstery are all in first-class condition as borne out by the mileage which is only 37,000 odd.

Hood and sidescreens are completely weatherproof and draughtproof, and when not in use stow neatly into the back of the car.

All tyres are quite recent and the spare is still unused.

No expense has been spared to maintain the car in firstclass condition and there is no reason why a thoroughbred such as this should not give many miles of fast, trouble-free motoring. T.,xed to the end of the your.
