With a six-cylinder single o.h. camshaft engine changed only in respect of details since the days when S. F. Edge controlled the destiny of this famous specialist concern, nevertheless the present A.C. achieves a very commendable power output and is a truly high performance car, of very handsome outline. The unblown Semmence-Special, with A.C. Six engine, has this season emphasised the potency of the unit. Detail improvements for 1989 include the larger fuel tank, lighter steering with adjustable column, larger radiathr, and stabiliser for the front

suspension, etc. A.C. has always made a feature of good Coachwork and continues an extensive range, into which bas been introduced a new 4;5-seater saloon and a new five-seater drophead coupe.
