24 Hours party people

Regarding the Nürburgring, celebrated in the October issue, my son and I have been to the 24-hour race for the last, I think, 13 years when the Dodge Viper was the car to beat, and have always camped at Wehrseifen.

All the campsites are crazy, in a very enjoyable way, and not for the faint-hearted – and the race isn’t bad either. If you only make one 24-hour race next year, go to the ‘Grüne Hölle’. You’ll not be disappointed, and it will be great to see a few more Brits among all those mad Germans.
