Bo’ness hillclimb
Bo’ness hillclimb in central Scotland held its first event in 42 years during August. Once a staple of the British championship the narrow course, which squeezes between stone buildings, opened in 1934, but a housing development finished it off in 1966. The revival event brought a fine spread of historic machines including David Leigh’s GN ‘Spider’ (above), which ran there pre-war. Malcolm Wishart made FTD in his Chevron B16 (left).
