R.A.C./V.C.C. Brighton run

The maximum permitted entry of 250 pre-1905 cars, 30 having been rejected, has been received for the Veteran Car Run on November 6th. The first veteran leaves Serpentine Road, Hyde Park, London, at 8 a.m. Watch them on their long journey by all means, but respect their age and lack of front-wheelbrakes! The Editor of Motor Sport will co-drive Lord Montagu’s 1903 Cadillac, the single cylinder of which sweeps 1.6-litres. If it completes the Run a report will appear in the December issue.
