THE M.G. CAR CLUB.
THE scope of the club is to be considerably enlarged, and a series of fresh activities are being planned by the new Hon. Secretary, Mr. Alan C. Hess, who is well known in the sporting world.
The M.G. Club is one of the largest of the one-make clubs, and every M.G. owner will find a great deal of interest in meeting other owners and discussing experiences and plans for Trials, etc.

THE ENFIELD & DISTRICT M.C.C.
The next trial on this club’s programme is the “Guy Fawkes” Trial, which will be open to several other clubs, including the Light Car Club, and all clubs in the S. Midland Centre A.C.U.
The Trial will be held on November 6th, and is open to cars, three wheelers and motor cycles. The start will take place at the Robin Hood Hotel, Botany Bay, at 10.30 a.m., after which the competitors will have to cover a course of approximately 70 miles.

THE N.W. LONDON MOTOR CLUB.
The annual London-Gloucester Trial is now a firm favourite among regular trial competitors. This year it will take place on December 10th, starting from Staines at 12.15 p.m. The event is open to members of the following clubs : Brighton & Hove Motor Club, the Bugatti Owner’s Club, Light Car Club, M.G. Car Club, Mid. Surrey Car Club, Riley Car Club, ” Sunbac ” Club, Women’s Automobile & Sports Association, West Kent Motor Club, and the J.C.C.
THE LIGHT CAR CLUB.
The Annual Dinner and Dance will be held at the Park Lane Hotel, London, W.1. on Friday, November 4th. A number of distinguished people will be present, including the Earl of March, who will be in the chair, Lady March, who will present the M.G. Trophy, Sir Malcolm and Lady Campbell, Professor A. M. Low, and Mr. H. F. S. Morgan.
A f eature of the evening will be the appearance of the popular Radio Artists, Elsie and Doris Waters. The occasion, it is hoped, will also mark the reunion of teams which took part in the Second International Relay Race, and separate tables, identified with the number which the team actually carried in the race, will be reserved.
Tickets will be 12s. 6d. for members and 15s. for non-members, and the show will start at 7 p.m. for 7.30 p.m. and finish at 2 a.m. Special terms have been arranged for country guests to stay at the hotel, the terms being 13s. 6d. for a single bedroom, and 25s. for a double bedroom, both with bathroom.

THE LEAGUE OF INDUSTRY CAR CLUB.
The League of Industry Car Club is under the auspices of the League of Industry, of which Sir William Morris is the president, and has already held several well patronised events, including Treasure and Scavenger Hunts, Gymkhanas, weekend and night runs, and a licence renewal reminder scheme.
Owners of any car, irrespective of make, size, h.p., age or speed, are welcomed and catered for.
The cost of joining the L.I.C.C. is 10/entrance fee, which includes the use of the Club Car Badge carried out in die struck chromium plated metal. The subscription is 10/per annum.
