II Bruxelles Grand Prix Easter Monday Goodwood
Lombank Trophy Meeting Snetterton
MIND THE KERB !—John Surtees demonstrates the Coopers’ suspension to a bewildered Jack Brabham who had just seen the Yeoman Credit car out-pace his own Cooper in an attempt to catch the fleeing Bonnier. Unfortunately Surtees was a bit too close to Bonnier when the latter spun and caused the two cars to collide. Ever present in this picture are the Belgian Police, who were very zealous in their attempts to control the spectators. The inhabitants at the first-floor windows seem to be taking advantage of the free view afforded by this road circuit.
