Women's Junior Air Corps

At a cocktail party on March 21st it was announced that the activities of the above organisation would be extended to include riding, gliding and driving lessons. Three scholarships are to be presented by the Rootes group for the winners of the driving lessons. One of the organisers, Miss Sheila Van Damm, has agreed to pay additional travelling expenses for winners who live far from the three driving school centres.
