ADEVELOPMENT that was, perhaps, long overdue in the motor trade has been adopted by the firm of F. G. Smith (Motors), Ltd., Goodmayes, Essex.

They have now embarked upon a policy of selling a specially prepared grade of used cars, passing them through their own conditioning works and giving each one on completion a ” re-conditioned ” certificate.

Too long has the secondhand car trade been left in a dark and mysterious condition, and it is refreshing, therefore, to find a firm come forward who are prepared to identify their name with a standardised used car product.
