Two six-wheelers?
Another piece of F1 history will be made in 2003 when a second example of the amazing Tyrrell six-wheeler takes to the track, this time in the FIA Cup for Thoroughbred Grand Prix Cars.
In recent seasons, the P34 raced with incredible verve by Martin Stretton has become a regular sight at major historic meetings and now a second car is expected to race again. This is an Italian based car, owned by Piero Ratti and destined to be raced by Mauro Pane. The sight of two six-wheelers on the same grid is one that is eagerly awaited by F1 enthusiasts.
