Reading Simon Taylor’s article on Professor Sid Watkins in the February issue has compelled me to write to you. ‘Modern Times’ it may be, but surely Professor Watkins’ exploits and expertise demand to be in the ‘Legends’ category.

A multi-page article must surely be the minimum of accolades with which you could honour this unsung giant of the Formula One community.
