Donington delay

Donington Park owner Tom Wheatcroft has had to postpone the opening of the racing track from March to May. Discussing the matter with a senior representative from Donington it seems that the feeling prevailed that it would be pointless to open the track surrounded by a sea of mud, as this was the kind of setting that Mr. Wheatcroft wants to avoid at all costs.

Let us hope that May, and no later, really is the month Donington adds variety to our racing calendar.
