Fiat prices up

FIAT (ENGLAND) LTD: announce price increases, putting the 500SR to £498, and the 125S to £1,347, the latter an increase of £98, with corresponding increases for the other models. The Fiat 600 has been discontinued, so their air-cooled baby has outlined their watercooled infant. And in spite of a £26 price increase the Fiat 500 Sunroof remains the least expensive four-wheeled car on the British market, undercutting the cheapest BLMC Mini by £98. We accept, however, that the latter is quicker by some 12 m.p.h., but less economical on fuel.
