Tracy racing with another Penske
Former Champ Car title winner Paul Tracy is renewing his links with Penske, the team with which he made his name in CART.

The 42-year-old has signed a five-race IndyCar Series deal with Dragon Racing, which is run by Jay Penske, son of Roger. Tracy, who contested three IndyCar races last year, made his debut for the team at Long Beach in April, finishing 16th.

Tracy was signed as test driver for Penske in 1991 after winning the previous year’s Indy Lights title and making a one-off CART appearance with Dale Coyne at Long Beach. He went on to win eight races for Penske in 1992-94.
