Podcasts
We’ve had plenty of ex-drivers through the ‘podcast doors’ over the last year in the shape of Jody Scheckter, John Watson, Mario Andretti, Brian Redman and Damon Hill, but this month Williams F1’s renowned director of engineering, Patrick Head, is coming in to have a chat.
The podcast is going to be recorded late on May 19, so look out for it on the website and on iTunes the following day. Patrick has been around the Formula 1 paddock since the 1970s and isn’t afraid to speak his mind, so don’t miss this chance to ask him a question. Simply log on to the website and click on the ‘Ask the podcast team a question’ tab on the right-hand side of the homepage.
Nigel’s Q&A
Nigel Roebuck continues to write his monthly e-mail newsletter and also answers questions from readers. If you’re not getting these, then do register on the homepage (on the top right).
There’s always a great range of questions, from modern F1 to some weird and wonderful historic racing, so ask anything you like – as long as it’s to do with motor racing, of course. Having said that, Nigel is quite a connoisseur of wine, so he would no doubt be happy to answer questions on that subject as well…
Results
As we mentioned last month, the website now has full race-by-race results for Formula 1, the World Touring Car Championship, the World Rally Championship, MotoGP, the IRL IndyCar Series, the Le Mans and American Le Mans Series, and the new FIA GT1 World Championship.
There aren’t many places where you can view all these results together, so if you’re wondering how Allan McNish is doing in the updated R15, then you know where to come.
