Ex-Rosberg Williams in FIA series

The ex-Rosberg Williams quota continues to rise in the 1998 FIA Cup Thoroughbred Grand Prix Car series with Richard Eyre running the Finn’s former FW08-C in qualifying for the opener at Paul Ricard over Easter. The former British Sportscar champion qualified in fifth place, but reverted to his ex-Alboreto Tyrrell 011-6 for the race when fuel metering problems emerged. The Williams is expected to fly at Monza this week, and make Eyre a potential winner. MP
