Jensen Happenings

I am writing on behalf of our club and as Events Secretary to ask you it you would be good enough to include in your June issue that the Jensen Owners Club will be holding its National Day and Concours d’Elegance at Woburn Abbey on June 18th, and hope that all members and non-members interested in cars made by Jensens will come to see our display of our best cars of all models made.

I have been an avid reader of your excellent magazine since a young lad starting work at AFN in 1943. Many years ago, and the article by John Perrett brought back some memories. Pity he did not tell all the stories. If you are interested, Nel Ledger, who was the Foreman at AFN for more years than I can remember, has written in the Porsche Owners Magazine a look back over his life at Nashes. It is very interesting and something ditterent Irons the usual. Well worth printing.

May I say again, thanks for many years of interesting reading and hope for many more. For your interest I own a coucours FE Mk. II 1970 which of all the many different types of cars I have driven always comes out my number ONE.
