Motor Sport is eagerly awaited each month by me (and, I expect, others in Malta). Your article on the Leyland straight-eight brought back memories of many conversations I had over the bonnet of one of these cars, when it was garaged at Wolseley’s Petty France Depot. The car belonged to the Hon. David Tennant. It never seemed to want any work done on it—a hallmark of quality in those days!
