On Old Time Terrain

Sir,

On June 25th we are again organising the Beamish Reliability Trial for old vehicles. The route covers 130 miles of Northern Dales linking together many of the old test hills of the 1920s. The first vehicle leaves Beamish Open Air museum, near Stanley in Co. Durham, at 9.00 a.m. And vehicles should begin arriving back again at about 3.30 p.m. The lunch stop is at Bainbridge in Wensleydale, where the vehicles will park up on the village green. This ranks as one of the toughest old vehicle runs in the country, with 1 in 6 grades liberally scattered throughout.

As many of your readers will probably be interested in this event. I thought that you would want to print the above information.
