CONCOURS LANCHESTER

HIGHSPOT of the Annual General Meeting of the Daimler and and Lanchester Owners’ Club, held on the week-end of April 18/19th at the Jaguar factory, was a Concours d’Elegance. This was won by Mrs. S. L.. Sawyers of Walsall, with her splendidly restored 1934 Lanchester Ten. The car was acquired two years ago, in derelict condition, by Mrs. Sawyers and her husband, who is also a Lanchester owner.

Runners-up in the Contsttro were Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Thomas, of Solihull, with their restored 1954 Daimler Century.
