Heard but not seen

The enclosed photograph was taken on Saturday, April 29th, and shows the view now available from seat 48 of Row 13 in Block A of the South Grand Stand at Silverstone. Judging from the comments around me it is the view from a few other positions.

Four of us invested £6 to sit staring at these loudspeakers which completely hide Stowe Corner and appear to be mounted on recently extended poles.

Knowing how you champion the cause of spectator as well as participant, I write in the hope that, through your connections with circuit owners, you will bring their attention to this piece of planning, so preventing future unsuspecting spectators ending up in this position.
