Nurburgring firm wins case
Ron Simons’ RSRNurburg company has won its court case against Niirburgring Automotive GmbH at the German High Court.

In the May issue of Motor Sport, we detailed the dispute between the track’s current management team and RSRNurburg — a car rental, driver training and track day company. The latter had been accused of running unsafe cars on the Nordschleife and banned from using it.

The court ruling means RSRNurburg can now return and it has already started coaching ex-WTCC driver Fabrizio Giovanardi and exF1 drivers Nicola Larini and Mika Salo, who are all racing in the Nurburgring 24 Hours on June 25/26.
