One of ESPN’s commentators was heard to remark as the cars drove past a somewhat empty grandstand during the Spanish Grand Prix that this sight was upsetting to some of the drivers, who had noticed the lack of fans at some races.

Well, well, what next? A drivers’ lobby to reduce ticket prices to make them affordable by mere mortals? Not until we see pink porkers at twelve o’clock high, I suspect.

Incidentally, American TV coverage makes dear old Murray seem positively restrained!
