St. John C. Nixon

It is with sorrow that we have to report the death of Mr. St. John C. Nixon, who died while on holiday in Germany last month so soon after the successful completion of his 1,000 miles round Britain in the 1899 Wolseley.

Mr. Nixon was extremely knowledgeable about veteran cars, having been closely associated with S. F. Edge from the age of 14. He was the author of several books, including Daimler and Wolseley history.
