Aston toasts James Bond landmark

Aston Martin celebrated its 10th appearance in a James Bond film at Sketch restaurant in London. It all began when the now-iconic DB5 appeared in Goldfinger in 1964. The party was held in the same week as the premiere for the latest Bond film, Quantum of Solace.

Parked at Sketch’s entrance was an Aston Martin DBS which featured in the latest film, complete with missing driver’s door, dents and scratch marks after a bruising car chase. The party was brimming with Bond and Aston Martin fans, and guests included Aston’s CEO Dr Bez Ulrich and Bond film producer Barbara Broccoli.
