The story of the Irishman’s career from Formula Ford to Japanese Formula 3000 provides colourful interludes between races without interrupting the flow. He discusses his friendship with James Hunt, a driver whose influence has obviously stuck. With strong opinions, this book provides a fascinating insight into the life of a Ferrari Grand Prix driver.
