The Directors of ‘Rare Cars’ have a great love of Historic motorcars and, possibly like yourself, have become frustrated over recent years with sub-standard work, lame excuses and often fragmented project management.

Magnum Rare Cars Limited has been formed because of a clear demand for Professional Engineering Services operating to a strict code of practices within the Historic motorvehicle restoration and servicing world. ‘Rare Cars’ has evolved from Magnum Engineering (Corby) Limited who specialize in precision engineering, machining and design. We have also been involved in the complete design and

construction of Formula 3 racing cars. This experience, together with our in-house engineering facilities, skilled workforce and knowledge of Histories allows us to offer our services to discerning Enthusiasts.

Recent projects include the complete engine rebuilds of well known Bugatti Type 46 S, Ferrari 365 BB, total rebuild of an Elva Mk 7, and ongoing works include the complete restoration of a Bugatti Type 50 Le Mans, Type 50 Profile and Type 46 S.
