I feel that a few lines of appreciation of the services of the firm of James Walker of Woking should be published in your excellent magazine. In these days when ” the personal touch ” is fast disappearing from the dealit.gs of even small concerns, it is most encouraging and refreshing to find a large organisation so ready and willing to help the private and more .eccentric type of motorist.

I cannot speak too highly of the co-operation I have received from James Walker Ltd. in the extremely important question of supply of cylinder-head gaskets, and I know that the firm will do as best to meet the most exacting demands of any vintage motorist in this matter. I have no connection with the firm but merely wish to observe that without their help many fine old ears would not now be on the road.
