Porsche squad parties like it's 1976

It was flares ’til dawn when a host of racing drivers and team members attended Porsche team Jota Sport’s 1976 Formula 1-themed party to celebrate a fantastic 2008 season. It was a chance for Jota to say thank you to everyone involved with the team throughout the year.

Jota’s workshop in Frant, Kent was transformed into a 1970s wonderland of music, lights and historic cars. ‘Jota Juice’ (non-alcoholic, surely – then again, the photo evidence suggests not…) was flowing from the cocktail bar and traditional fish and chips energised Phil Quaife and Sam Hancock to shake a tail feather on the dance floor. Quite the double act.

Other guests included racing drivers Stephen Jelley, Phil Keen, Justin Keen and Jonathan Kennard, along with Team Dynamics’ BTCC team manager Oliver Collins.
