No reply

Sir,

I am writing to ask if you can obtain for me any information re Rolls-Royce and Bentley Owner Drivers Club. ‘The Coach House, Whistlers Wood, The Ridge, Woldingham, Surrey, CR3 7AN.

After seeing an advertisement in your magazine I sent an application to join the Club in May of this year. The fee was £22.50. I received Membership Card No. 456NR, newsletter and a leaflet advertising gold and silver tie-pins etc. with the Club Motif. On 5th July I sent off Postal Orders for £28.20 for gold tie-pin.

Since then I have received no reply to several letters sent on the following dates: 9th August, 15th Sepember and 27th September, the last addressed to Mr. J. Anderson named on their notepaper as a director of the Club. Neither have I received any more newsletters.

I would be grateful if you could let me know if you have any information as to the genuineness of this club.
