Professor Watkins influenced the development of Fl more than anyone save Enzo Ferrari and Bernie Ecclestone. He has taken far less out of the sport than either Enzo or Bernie. On top of this sit his achievements in the field of medicine and the debt of gratitude owed by the countless people whose lives he saved.
