Good service

Having in the past cavilled at the often deplorable service provided by our motor manufacturers and suppliers of accessories, it is pleasurable to be able to say that one firm, at any rate, is trying to redress the balance.

I refer to Magnatex Ltd. Recently I had occasion to ask their advice on the poor operation of windscreen wipers fitted to my Austin Hereford coupé. The company not only gave the advice – they also supplied, with their compliments, new items which proved to be completely satisfactory.

It is good to know that there are still some firms who value customer relations.
