Discs for Rover 3-Litre

The 3-litre Rover can now be obtained with Girling disc brakes as standard equipment on the front wheels. This raises the price of the car from £1,665 to £1,715, an increase of £50, but with the high speeds obtainable in this car they can be considered a necessity. Drum brakes are retained at the rear and the hand-brake operates in the normal way.

Rovers are to be commended on offering a conversion to owners of drum-braked 3-litre cars. Details of the conversion can be obtained from distributors and dealers.
