News of New Books

On the motor book front we look forward to D.S.J.’s epic on all AFN activities, due from PSL in September, and Anthony Blight’s study of the later Talbot (Lago) and other sports cars and the races in which they took part. We also hear that more R-R histories are pending. The truly exciting news, however, is that the VSCC is going to publish a book to commemorate its Golden Jubilee in July, with many amusing and erudite articles about the history and ideals of this unique Club. — W.B.
