Military cars

Sir,

May I appeal to your readers for any material about military staff and command cars. This is required for a book with terms of reference covering commanders of all arms and rank, of all major combatant nations, that fall within the period c.1904-1975; the main need being for details of special fittings, modifications, equipment, drivers’ and maintenance manuals, as well as anecdotes and photographs of the cars, drivers and the officers themselves.

All collaboration will be acknowledged in the book and material returned as soon as possible.
